It's the perfect time to book your family vacation for 2012! Make your reservations for that special occasion, birthday or anniversary. Day trail riding excursion (10am to 2-3pm, includes lunch - $125pp) and wagon rides are offered by appointment for those folks not staying at the guest ranch. Contact the ranch for pricing and details. Gift certificates also available.

All lodgings are private and have a view of horses and pastures. Once a place of lodging has been reserved it is held exclusively for that party only.

Additional days and/or nights may be added to accommodate specific guest arrival and departure days/times.

Should you like to make a reservation, once confirming that the requested dates are available, a deposit in the amount of 35% of the total package price will confirm your reservation. A deposit is fully refundable with 30 days advance notice of cancellation, after which time it will be applied to your future stay with us. Cancellations of 7 days or less will result in forfeiture of deposit. We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, cash or check.

	The Old Home Place was built in 1801. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and fireplace, one with a full bed and fireplace, and one with two twin beds. It also has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom, wash and dryer. The home provides a haven for visitors to relax, whether on the porch overlooking the herb garden or in the hammock for afternoon snoozes. Cozy up to the fireplace, relax and reminisce. Pastures surround the house and the ducks are waiting for you on the stocked pond nearby! There are a few cane poles available or you may bring your own.

	The Packhouse provides lodging for an individual, couple or small group. Formerly used as a packing barn for tobacco several years ago, the large refurbished structure retains its rustic charm with the addition of modern conveniences. The backside of the upper floor is a private efficiency which will accommodate an individual or couple. It has a queen bed, bathroom and small kitchen area. It also has a private deck that overlooks the pond and pastures.
	The backside of the lower level provides rustic accommodations with two twin beds. A separate bathroom with shower is located at the side of the building for guests use. The front side of the upper level provides bunkhouse type accommodations for youth or club groups.
	The Log Cabin sits tucked in the woods and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a full bed, full bath, open kitchen and living area with two twin beds in the loft. A small pasture lies in front of the cabin surrounded by trees. The secluded cabin is ideal for accommodating a couple and perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons or that special occasion.
	The following all inclusive package prices are per person - per night based on double occupancy (single occupancy add 10%) and include all meals, lodging, horseback or wagon riding and on site activities. There are no additional charges or fees.
